Terms & Conditions — f4ph Casino

Access to and use of the f4ph platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. This is a hard legal requirement — not a recommendation. Players found to be under 21 at any point will have their accounts permanently suspended and all winnings forfeited.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated accounts may not register as players.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the f4ph platform.
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or close family member of any employee of f4ph or its affiliated entities, software providers, or game suppliers.
6. You must not be self-excluded from the f4ph platform or subject to any active exclusion order under PAGCOR guidelines.

f4ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by f4ph may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

All financial transactions on the f4ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). f4ph supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your f4ph account instantly under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the banking institution's processing times. 7-Eleven Cliqq deposits are credited upon confirmation of payment at the participating outlet. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.

f4ph does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

f4ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to enhanced KYC documentation for withdrawals above threshold amounts prescribed under PAGCOR AML guidelines. Withdrawal requests that fail verification checks will be declined and the funds returned to the player's account balance.

3.3 Prohibited Transactions

The use of the f4ph platform for any purpose other than legitimate online gaming is strictly prohibited. Players may not use f4ph's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure for money laundering, structuring, or any other transaction that violates Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. f4ph reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant Philippine authorities without prior notice to the player.

f4ph is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Filipino players. All casino games available on the f4ph platform — including but not limited to live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, JILI slots, PG Soft slots, bingo, and sports betting markets — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that are independently audited for fairness and integrity.

5.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the f4ph platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. f4ph accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's unfamiliarity with game rules or mechanics.

5.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game interruption that affects the outcome of a game round, f4ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the corresponding stake to the player's account balance. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the f4ph platform. f4ph accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control, including third-party game provider outages.

5.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the f4ph sportsbook are subject to the f4ph Sports Betting Rules, which govern accepted bet types, settlement procedures, void conditions, and in-play betting rules. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked at the confirmed price. Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the specified timeframe may be voided and stakes returned at f4ph's discretion.

5.4 Disputes

If you believe an error has occurred in the calculation or settlement of a bet or game round, you must notify f4ph customer support within seven (7) days of the date the disputed transaction was processed. Disputes not raised within this period may not be considered. f4ph's internal dispute resolution process will be applied in the first instance. If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution body in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.

All content on the f4ph platform — including but not limited to the f4ph brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, video content, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of f4ph or its licensed content providers, and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the f4ph platform solely for the purpose of legitimate personal online gaming. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any f4ph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on f4ph content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the f4ph platform.
• Use f4ph's brand assets, trademarks, or logos for any commercial or promotional purpose without authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the f4ph platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of f4ph's intellectual property may result in termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

f4ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• f4ph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with your account.
• f4ph is required to do so by PAGCOR, any other regulatory authority, or any applicable Philippine law or court order.
• You have engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Your account has been dormant (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
• f4ph ceases to offer its services in the Philippines or to your jurisdiction.

Upon termination of your account for a breach of these Terms, f4ph may withhold any funds held in your account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, f4ph reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with the nature of the breach and applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Where no breach is confirmed, any withheld funds will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may terminate your account voluntarily at any time by contacting f4ph customer support. Voluntary account closures are not subject to fund forfeiture, provided no outstanding investigations are active at the time of the closure request.

f4ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations under these Terms — f4ph will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform, by email to your registered address, or through a prominent notice on the f4ph website. Non-material changes (such as grammatical corrections, formatting adjustments, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the f4ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the f4ph platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 2.4 of these Terms.

f4ph maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms, which may be requested by contacting customer support. In the event of a dispute regarding which version of the Terms was in effect at a particular time, f4ph's records shall be the primary reference, subject to PAGCOR regulatory oversight.
